Subscription is free and individual. The interested party can purchase several coupons from the Diaspora Guarantee and Investment Fund (FONGAD-Invest) in coupons of $50 on our site (click on “Purchase of Investment Coupon(s)”). In addition, you can also buy coupons on site in the USA at the nearest BoA (Bank of America), by depositing into the following account: No: 4460 3973 2288, Name of Beneficiary: FONGAD-Invest SA, LLC. The person who obtains $1000 in coupons will have the privilege of being a member of the General Assembly with the right to vote.
Payment & Transfer
The BoA account is a pivotal account opened to collect funds from the Diaspora, then transfer them to a “Blocked” Account of the Guarantee and Investment Fund for the Diaspora (FONGAD-INVEST). Anyone who wishes can purchase several coupons to better help finance projects and thus benefit from the economic advantages that this provides. A certificate will be given to each member confirming their official title of member of the “Guarantee and Investment Fund for the Diaspora”.
Advantages
Each member will have the advantage of filling a position for themselves or for competent affiliates in future projects in Senegal, projects in which FONGAD-Invest will take 70% of the shares and leave the 30% to future employees who will have the option to buy them in the medium or long term from their monthly salaries. Each member will receive a document on the operating mode of the structure, namely that the funds collected will be permanently blocked in an account and will only serve as a guarantee to raise investment funds for projects approved by the Board of Directors, following the statutes of the Company, as well as the internal regulations.

La souscription est libre et individuelle. Par ailleurs, vous pouvez aussi acheter des coupons sur place aux USA à la BOA (Bank of America) la plus proche, en déposant sur le compte suivant : No : 4460 3973 2288, Nom du Bénéficiaire : FONGAD-Invest SA, LLC. Celui qui aura obtenu $1000 en coupons aura le privilège d’être membre de l’Assemblée Générale avec un droit de vote.

Un compte effacer pivot ouvert pour collecter les fonds de la Diaspora, pour ensuite les transférer dans un Compte “Bloqué” du Fonds de Garantie et d’Investissement pour la Diaspora (FONGAD-INVEST). Toute personne qui le désire peut acheter plusieurs coupons pour mieux aider au financement des projets et ainsi bénéficier des avantages économiques que cela procure. Une attestation sera remise à chaque membre confirmant son titre officiel de membre du “Fonds de Garantie et d’Investissement pour la Diaspora”.

Les Avantages
Chaque membre aura l’avantage de pourvoir à un poste pour soi-même ou pour des affiliés compétents dans les futurs projets au Sénégal, projets dans lesquels le FONGAD-Invest prendra 70% des coupons d’investissement et laissera les 30% aux futurs employés qui auront l’option de les acheter à moyen ou long terme à partir de leurs salaires mensuels. Chaque membre recevra un document sur le mode opératoire de la structure, à savoir principalement que les fonds collectés seront bloqués définitivement dans un compte et serviront uniquement de garantie pour lever des fonds d’investissement pour les projets approuvés par le Conseil d’Administration, suivant les statuts de la Société, ainsi que le règlement intérieur.
